Yummy mummies discover maternity chic

There was a time when all maternity wear design adhered to the one-size fits all approach. Maternity clothes were often seen as dowdy, plain, ill fitting and not at all flattering to the expectant or new mum. But thats no longer the case. Bespoke designers are creating breastfeeding clothes and maternity tops that make the wearer feel beautiful and sexy. Theres no need for mothers to sit at home because they are worried about their body image. The fashionable and practical clothing now available gives every incentive to get out, have fun and do so with confidence.

Smart and practical proves to be a winning combination

Granted, no one says you have to slip on a mini-skirt while heavily pregnant or breastfeeding, but that doesnt mean you have to sacrifice your sense of style. Quality maternity wear and nursing tops combine practicality with smart design. Or, if you prefer, they provide the allure of maternity chic with a touch of intelligent thinking.

Naturally, while having to attend to the needs of a newborn child, a practical approach to maternity clothing is valued by mothers. For breastfeeding mums, easy access is an important issue. And this is something not forgotten by the emerging breed of designers. This is why a number of functional access solutions have been incorporated. For example, Empire Access is located under the bust through the empire line of a dress. Other variations include: Hem-Lift Access, Side Seam Access, Vertical Front Access and Drop Cup Access. With these additions, everyday breastfeeding tops can be both luxurious and convenient.

Step outside in maternity style

For dressing up or down, savvy online retailers have taken the best of maternity fashion and are helping mums to step out in style. That doesnt mean to say you have to always dress like youre about to hit the town. But the beauty of innovative maternity wear is its versatility. Everyday nursing tops and tunics have that luxurious look that can be tailored for going out or staying in. Theyre also cut in a way that hides problem areas.

Crossover tops, tees and tunics are great for matching with jeans and accessories that afford a smart look suitable for any occasion. Meanwhile, attractive colours and soft organic materials provide both confidence and comfort. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are magical stages in life. Yummy mummies should look great, be able to attend to important baby duties and still spend time with friends and family. Online boutique stockists and maternity clothes designers have teamed up to provide a catalogue of stylish yet practical clothing. The image of maternity wear has been transformed.

A Beautiful Mummy is a boutique online retailer sourcing the best of maternity fashion. Their wide range combines stylish design and practical solutions that are attracting the attention of yummy mummies.

Boost your cooking skills with culinary cooking classes

Even advanced home cooks can have trouble cooking recipes such as macaroons, sushi or those which require knife skills (e.g. filleting a fish). With millions of recipes available online, deciding which recipes to trust can be difficult, and even with a reliable and safe recipe your dish is not guaranteed to be a success. Some cooking techniques featured in recipes are difficult to develop from written instructions alone. The most common learning styles involve watching, listening and doing something, and these apply to culinary skills too.

Whether you want to learn the basics such as how to dice an onion, line a mould or sharpen a knife, or whether you need to pipe macaroons, roll sushi or fillet and remove pin bones from a fish, the principle is the same. Terahertz technology takes the lead in the fight against cancer

Finding out that youve got cancer is a moment every individual and their family dreads. Its estimated that one in three people in the United Kingdom will contract cancer at some point during their lifetime.

Sadly, that oft-repeated statistic is one many can relate to in terms of how cancer has affected their lives.

But breakthroughs in cancer imaging are leading the fight back against The Big C. Early cancer detection is crucial. To have the best possible chance of making a full recovery its vital to catch the disease early. Thankfully, these latest developments are enabling doctors to do just that.

Modern technology, including the use of unique terahertz (THz) light, is building up a powerful armoury. The battle lines have been drawn in a bid to reduce the 157,000 (according to figures published in 2008 by the Macmillan Cancer Support charity) deaths a year in the UK from cancer.

How can Terahertz light detect cancer?

Lying between microwave and infrared on the electromagnetic spectrum, terahertz light has unique cancer imaging properties. Companies utilising these on a commercial scale have opened up a number of imaging opportunities.

Until recently, it remained a largely unexplored member of the spectrum. But now scientists have discovered ways to harness the power of bright terahertz light. The results have been impressive. Applications that can be used for security, pharmaceutical purposes and even defect detection in car paints are now being worked on.

This multi-functionality and development has also extended to cancer imaging. Indeed, the huge medical potential of terahertz spectroscopy is now being realised.

Patented terahertz pulsed imaging (TPI) recognises spectral fingerprints and can examine different types of soft tissue. It also provides a breakdown of the level of water content present as well as detecting other indicators of cancer.

Gold standard 3D imaging maps are an essential part of the cancer detection process. TPI technology is enabling the production of these images and can produce faster results than X-Ray.

However, the fundamental benefit of using terahertz light in screening is not necessarily its ability to quickly produce maps. Rather, it is that TPI cancer imaging can help differentiate between cancerous and non-cancerous tissues.

In addition, and perhaps one of the major advantages of terahertz, is its ability to do so in a non-invasive manner. Meanwhile, using non-ionized radiation maintains the safety of the procedure.

Terahertz and breast cancer imaging

Terahertz waves have already proven their success at detecting skin and other surface cancers. Now, the power of terahertz technology has extended its reach to providing an accurate diagnosis of breast cancer.

When dealing with breast cancer, what do patients yearn for as part of their treatment? The answers are likely to include quicker testing and a reduced number of operations.

Intra-operative terahertz probes are now being used in major hospitals. They can ascertain in real-time how successful an operation to remove diseased tissue has been. Rather than waiting 2-3 weeks for the result of a biopsy, women can find out almost immediately if further operations are required.

Instead of undergoing more surgery that may be relying on estimates, terahertz probes can provide a higher rate of specificity. Essentially, they will provide accurate breast cancer imaging results that determine whether the tissue is now only surrounded by healthy cells.

Clinical trials have demonstrated the non-invasive and safe use of terahertz light to detect cancer. As a result, a range of technologies are being rapidly developed that harness the power of terahertz for cancer imaging.

Early detection of the disease and successfully determining affected areas is crucial. Using terahertz technology enables the fast and accurate examination of diseased tissue. This new form of imaging is leading the way in the fight against cancer.

TeraView are harnessing the power of terahertz light to provide revolutionary cancer imaging services. They have developed non-invasive and safe technologies that can detect the early stages of cancer and reduce the need for multiple operations.

How do I claim back my mis-sold payment protection insurance?

The average mis-sold payment protection insurance (PPI) claim is in the thousands of pounds, and some receive as much as tens of thousands. If you took out a credit card, loan, overdraft, mortgage or other lending product before 20th April 2011, you are very likely to have been mis-sold payment protection insurance. The rules around PPI are complex, but generally you may have been mis-sold PPI if you were sold it without your knowledge, with the impression that it was not optional, with the impression that it would help the approval of your loan, or if you were unemployed or retired at the time of sale.

If you think you may be entitled to make a mis-sold payment protection insurance claim then you have two options. Firstly, you could contact your bank or other lender to make the claim yourself; an option which many regular members of the public find to be an intimidating and complicated process. The other option is to use experts at a claims management company for the ultimate in ease and convenience.

Perhaps the most difficult part of making a PPI claim is the assessment of whether you have actually been mis-sold payment protection insurance. The question is surrounded by complex laws concerning how long ago the lending account must have been active, what to do if the loan has since been paid off, and what to do if you were self-employed or retired when the payment protection insurance was sold. For many people, the correct documentation concerning the mis-sold PPI has been lost or destroyed, perhaps years ago. Everyone has different circumstances around their mis-sold payment protection insurance, and it can be difficult to find out if you are entitled to make a claim without any experience in financial law.

Claims management companies often offer a free, no-obligation assessment into whether you are entitled to make a claim. Carried out through a short and easy online form or in a quick phone call, you can find out for free whether you are entitled to make a claim in just a few minutes. They understand that you dont want to waste time and effort contacting lenders if you may not be entitled to a claim at the end of it.

Claims management companies dont only make the claims process easy, but convenient too. Allow them to handle your claim while you sit back and wait for your cheque to arrive. Reliable companies work on a no-win, no-fee basis, meaning you have nothing to lose with your claim but could receive a cheque for thousands of pounds.

ABC Claims Management can make a no-win-no-fee PPI claim on your behalf. Their friendly advisors will a give free no-obligation assessment of whether you are entitled to PPI, and if you are, they can deal with the claims process for you, allowing you to simply wait for your cheque to arrive.

Many such 70s fancy dress costumes even come with a matching headband, meaning you can achieve a complete look for around £20 cheaper than a regular dress for a night out! These dresses are great fancy dress costumes for those who want to still look great while in fancy dress. For something a little more eye catching why not channel Diana Ross with a silver sequined dress, go-go boots, afro wig and inflatable microphone? You go disco diva!

Whether you were throwing moves on the light-up dance floors in the 70s or you want to make up for lost time, disco costumes really ensure all eyes are on you at your fancy dress event.
Of course, the 60s hippy vibe lasted into the 70s. So if disco was never your thing, why not return to your inner flower-power with an acid bright flowery shirt and some ripped jeans. Ladies can accessorise patterned mini dresses with go-go boots, and for those who want a more wearable and affordable costume, hippy-style leggings, complete with peace sign and flower patches, are ideal. The popular film character Austin Powers was based on the spy films of the 1960s and 1970s. Austin -inspired costumes are hilariously over-the-top with their lace ruffles, shoulder pads and oversized glasses. Videoconferencing - The smart alternative to business travel

Have you ever found yourself on a plane thinking that your life would be so much easier if you didnt have to travel so much? Do you remember the times when you were super excited about getting on a plane and going to interesting places? Now it seems like every other day you are away from home, having to pack your things at 5 oclock in the morning, knowing that you wont be home again until just before midnight the next day.

Sadly, when you travel for work it is not much fun: its just work. No hotel room is better than your own sitting room and no meal tastes better than your home made meals.
Its true. Frequent business travel can be utterly exhausting. Hours of lost sleep combined with tight travel schedules and the stress of business appointments can reduce peoples performance or even cause health problems.

So, is there any way to get people together in real time in a way that allows them to communicate naturally, share information and solve problems without having to travel?

The answer is simple; use a room with video conferencing facility. It is fast, saves a considerable amount of time and money, and is relatively simple to use. You just drive to a nearby video conferencing venue to virtually meet with colleagues or customers from around the world. This means that you don't have to wait until the next face-to-face meeting to decide, act and resolve.

No matter what the purpose of your meeting, you can use video conferencing facilities for a variety of meetings, including sales meetings, training courses, business meetings or seminars. You can share information with different people in your organisation in the form of presentations, irrespective of the locations of your colleagues. Moreover, the video conferencing can be recorded for future playback options in case you require repeated presentations on the same topic for different people.

Video conferencing can not replace completely the need for business travel. There will always be those critical meetings when you will travel across the world to impress and develop real relationships with business associates and customers. You sometimes need to experience your business partners world in order to understand their needs and only face to face interaction can create that intimacy necessary to build trust and lead to something great. So yes, you'll go across the world to develop real relationships, but then you can nurture them through virtual meetings rather than frequent trips.

Thus, its not a matter of having a preference towards video conferencing, really. It is about looking at the broad range of business trips needs and deciding which ones can be met by virtual meetings. You will see that once you start experiencing the benefits of using video conferencing facilities, virtual meetings will become more and more predominant in your meetings calendar.

So yes, you can choose to travel mostly for pleasure, vacations or meeting family and fly only for those critical meetings that simply require your charming presence to close the deal with your important business partner. Then the thought of packing your bags at five o'clock in the morning will probably bring the long lost excitement back.

Edinburgh Training and Conference Venue is dedicated exclusively to providing high standards of training and video conferencing facilities, and has an excellent reputation for the quality of its service. Visit their website today to find the best venue for your next video conferencing event.

How physiotherapy can help your joint, muscle or nerve condition

Physiotherapy is an effective method of preventing and curing various orthopedic/musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders and diseases, and improving flexibility and joint range. A good local physiotherapist in Cardiff will be able to treat a range of disorders, including headaches, migraines, neck and shoulder pain, arm and hand pain, back pain, sciatica, hip and groin pain, knee and foot pain, or associated symptoms of tingling, numbness or weakness. Whether your health problem is a result of work or posture, sports, accident, disease or disorder, physiotherapy in Cardiff can provide the solution you have been looking for. Perhaps you have not considered visiting a physiotherapist before.

Dont dismiss your pain as an unavoidable annoyance; a qualified physiotherapist in Cardiff can help! Physiotherapy is by no means an unproven alternative therapy. It is common practice for  doctors, GPs and specialists to refer patients to physiotherapists in Cardiff and across the UK, and patients are enjoying the serious beneficial properties which physiotherapy offers: sometimes with extreme results. Physiotherapy (sometimes called physio) is a scientifically proven method of prescribing and/or carrying out specific exercises, manual therapy and manipulation, among other techniques, to treat the aforementioned conditions. After, or alongside your physiotherapy in Cardiff, your therapist may advise exercises for you to carry out yourself at home or in the gym.

The treatment has the aim of rehabilitating your pain for long-term recovery of your condition. It might surprise you that the spine is linked with many joint, muscle and nerve conditions. Chiropractic is the practice which treats these conditions through manipulation of the spine. If you choose a physiotherapist in Cardiff who also has experience and qualifications in chiropractic, you will be able to benefit from their knowledge of both areas of treatment. Choose a qualified and experienced physiotherapist in Cardiff who will carry out appropriate health checks before carrying out any kind of treatment. It is important that you choose a professional who puts your health first; someone who thoroughly assesses your problem and your health (they may take your blood pressure or refer you for extra tests such as an X-Ray) before advising on any type of treatment.

Your physiotherapist in Cardiff may also perform tests on your muscles, bones, joints and nervous system before deciding if, and how, to help you with physical exercises and therapy. They should also give you an idea of how long treatment is going to take and the likely result. A reliable physiotherapist in Cardiff will be honest if they are unable to treat your condition, and may refer you to another type of treatment. So if you have muscle, joint or nerve based pain, tingling, numbness or weakness, contact a local physiotherapist in Cardiff. The results might surprise you.

Better Health Chiropractic offers a range of treatments and therapeutic techniques to reduce joint and muscle pain. The Cardiff clinic provides services including massage, muscle release techniques and stretching, acupuncture, kinesiotaping, and InterX therapy. Meet them for a health assessment and to discuss how they can help your symptoms.

Buying HDMI Plates For Your 3D TV

Connectivity is an area of great interest in today's modern society. With just about every electronic device being hooked up to some network or another the idea of being connected remains a paramount concern in plenty of households across the country. But what about the repercussions of having any and all devices hooked up? With so many things being connected there's bound to be an abundance of cables lying here, there and everywhere; potentially causing mishaps. Sure, many things are now wireless and don't require cables or wires but there are still plenty of devices that still need these things.

A digital television for example. If you own a flat screen (or if you're lucky enough to have gotten hold of a 3D TV) then you are well aware of the importance of having top quality digital sound and picture. Something with that extra vim will more than likely require HDMI (High-definition Multimedia Device) cables. This is just one more piece of writing that is surely going to clog up the tangled mess already round the back of your television. Fortunately there is a solution to this potential problem. You can, for example, purchase a HDMI wall plate to help you with this issue.

These special wall plates are designed to fit neatly onto your wall (similar to the holes where your light switches are attached) and are fitted with a corresponding HDMI socket for you to attach your HDMI cable to. So if you have a home entertainment system, or even if you use TVs at your place of business, it is easy to see how one of these wall plates could be an advantage over just laying extension cables along the floor. And for just such a handy contraption there are plenty of electrical stores available on line that stock these especially. There are various types of HDMI wall plates to select from but most perform a similar task. Many come with a single HDMI socket with a unique connector that allows the socket to be moved to different angles for a quick and easy install.

There are some that come with more than one socket. And even one that comes with a built-in HDMI connector and a coax socket as well for a multitude of purposes and devices. These wall plates are also suitable for just about any HDMI cable so you can be sure of reliable connectivity as well.

Nexxia are specialists in dealing with audio equipment and can provide equipment for home, business or for car enthusiasts. They are located in Cambridge, UK and have been in business since 1999.

Find the perfect snooker cue for your next big game

With the world snooker championships just around the corner, more and more people are joining teams all over the country to take part in this exciting sport. Joining a snooker team is a great way to meet new people and have some fun with many weekly tournaments and friendly matches taking place all over your area.

In order to be a successful snooker player you need to ensure you have the right cue. There are a wide variety of cues on the market, which come in many different styles, weights and sizes. Lightweight snooker cues are a good place to start as they give players flexibility and are suitable for almost any type of shot. Many intermediate and advanced snooker players prefer heavier cues as the weight gives them control and stability when taking shots.

Snooker cues are made with many different types of materials, the most popular being ash and maple wood. These are both strong, high quality types of wood, which give the player greater balance when taking a shot. The cue tip is the most important part of the snooker cue and comes in many different sizes. Many professional players select a thin cue tip with a diameter of around 9mm. Smaller cue tips are suitable for a wide range of shots, giving the player flexibility and control over the ball at all times.

As you start to become a more experienced snooker player, you can begin to invest in snooker cues that are designed for specific shots, such as jump and break cues. You can also jazz up your snooker cue and personalise it with your name and team name or purchase a cue that has be signed by a professional snooker player. Many players often lose their cues in busy snooker clubs; personalising your cue will reduce the chances of someone mistaking your cue for their own.

Once you have found your ideal snooker cue, you will need a good quality case. Aluminium cases are the most popular as they are lightweight and sturdy, meaning there is less chance of them becoming damaged. However, you can also purchase smart leather cue cases in a range of different colours for a stylish look when travelling to tournaments. Soft cue cases are the most compact and are ideal for neatly storing your cue in the home.

Purchase your snooker cue and case today for successful tournaments and endless fun.

Cue Power is a well established online supplier for all equipment and accessories in the world of snooker, pool and American pool. Visit their website today to view their extensive range of snooker cues, pool cues, tables, cases and other accessories.

Treatment methods for getting rid of clothes moths

One of the most frustrating moments can be when you find your prized cashmere sweater or most expensive silk garments severely damaged and spoiled by clothes moths. Moths are one of the most common pests found in households. They are extremely troublesome because not only do they destroy your clothes, but they are also very difficult to completely eliminate. Garments and items made of furs, wool, silk, and feathers are most susceptible to be attacked by moths.

Getting rid of clothes moths can be a challenging task because of their ability to hide in clothes and furniture. Even if you use pest controlling sprays, you might not be able to get rid of them entirely because they may leave behind larvae and eggs, which might cause recurring damage to your expensive clothing items. Often, several rounds of cleaning might be required to completely eliminate the risk of recurrence and your treatments also need to reflect seasonable timing differences to take care of the larvae and eggs. Also, because moths are weak flyers and not attracted to lights, they usually make their homes in dark areas of the closet, making them very inaccessible and out of reach.

There are several recommended methods of handling a clothes moths infestation. Most importantly, you should always ensure that your clothes are stored in a clean condition. Well cleaned clothes are less susceptible to infestation because they are free of dirt and perspiration. Since such clothes might be lacking any kind of moisture or dirt, moths will not be able to feed on them or easily attracted to them. Hygienic living conditions can help in the prevention of such undesirable guests in the house. Moth balls are also known to be effective in keeping moths away. But chemical control is by far the best known method to kill these pests. It is also a good idea to undertake a proactive approach and proof your house against pest infestation. This will help you to reduce their access and provide long term protection against their infestation.

Early detection of moth infestation can help you to stop the problems from developing, or if present, from getting out of control. If the pest infestation is beyond your control, you can ask for the assistance of professional pest controllers and exterminators. They can carry out a detailed risk assessment report and use tried and tested methods to eradicate the pests permanently.

This article is written in association with Terminex. They offer a wide range of commercial and domestic pest control, pest removal and bird proofing services in London and Hertfordshire. Their domestic pest control services and products are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, take a look at their website for their entire range of services.

How Norfolk Black turkeys are reared

It may seem early to be thinking about Christmas already but it is around now that Norfolk Bronze and Norfolk Black turkey farmers begin thinking ahead to the festive season. Slow growing turkey chicks are received by growers around mid-June, and given 25 weeks to grow and develop, and 10 days for the meat to mature in time for Christmas.

If you are looking for a guilt-free feast this Christmas ensure you choose a free range turkey which has been given space to grow and develop. The Farm Animal Welfare Council recommend that farmers give adult birds weighing around 20kg just 891cm2 of space allowance; despite the fact that turkeys of this weight need 1700cm2 to stand without touching another bird. Many commercial turkeys are intensively reared in confined conditions, with unnatural lighting and no access to range. These are then supplied to major supermarkets who can take advantage of the profits they receive from buying cheaply produced birds. The turkeys are given little space to move, which has a major impact on their ability to feed, drink or dust-bathe, causing frustration in the birds and feather pecking.

Ensure that you are not contributing to wide-scale intensive turkey rearing by choosing to buy meat from pastured birds. Fortunately, some turkey farmers put bird welfare before profit, creating meat which is flavoursome, juicy and delicious.
Look for free range Norfolk Bronze and Norfolk Black turkeys which are taken from slow-growing strains, where the birds are given 24 hour access to a large area to range as soon as they are old enough. They should be housed in mobile sheds with clean straw and plenty of space to move, and be given a traditional growing period of 25 weeks, rather than the 16 weeks given to intensively produced birds.

Norfolk Bronze and Norfolk Black turkeys should also be fed on rations containing a high percentage of cereals and no growth promoters or additives, encouraging the birds to grow gradually and at a healthy rate. Turkey owners in Norfolk use traditional methods which have been passed down through generations to rear Norfolk Black turkeys, with the meat being allowed to mature for a minimum of 10 days in cold storage for a traditional taste. Choose a farm which has been awarded a Totally Traditional Turkey by the Traditional Farmfresh Turkey Association for a really authentic meal.

Do not buy your turkey from a leading supermarket. Look for a Norfolk farm which lovingly rears only a small number of birds at a time and order direct from them. Norfolk Bronze and Norfolk Black turkeys are popular breeds and will be an extremely delicious addition to any table this Christmas. The best way to make your meal even more delicious is to be safe in the knowledge that your turkey was raised happily and healthily.

Mortons Traditional Taste specialize in free range turkeys, with Norfolk Bronze and Norfolk Black birds available to order online for Christmas. Their birds are slowly grown in sheds with clean straw and 24 access to range and are not fed any hormones or growth promoters.

Health and safety training: A necessity

No matter how trivial, workplace dangers can take a bad shape if ignored for a long time. Little things such as incorrect sitting posture and wrong placement of work equipment can cause a lot of problems in the long run, leading to neck and shoulder pain, spinal cord problems, eyestrain, fatigue, etc. To take care of this matter, workplace safety and health legislation was passed by the Government, which includes the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, 1999 and the Health and Safety Act, 1974. Under these regulations, employers are legally obliged to ensure that their employees undergo safety training courses and carry out safe and healthy practices in the workplace.

Various kinds of business health and safety training programs are available today which can help employers as well as employees to comply with workplace regulations. Adequate health and safety courses can go a long way in helping employees avoid injuries or body ailments. Not only will they make employees more productive and efficient, but they will also make the work environment conducive to growth and improvement, providing a win-win situation for all the concerned parties.

Going About Getting Planning Permission

Surveying is probably one of those careers that seem quite elusive and mysterious to many people. But no doubt just about everyone has seen a surveyor at work, often on the side of a busy road. They are often dressed in hi-vis vest jackets peering through a lensed item on a tripod. But even if it's not a career path that may seem entirely interesting the people who do conduct archaeological surveys are providing a very important service when it comes to building and planning permission.

An archaeological survey basically consists of collecting information about a specific location, particularly if said location is to have something built onto it. The purpose of this survey is to check to see whether or not the chosen spot is home to any potential archaeological, or historical, significance before any development can get under way. By conducting such an investigation it can be better determined whether or not the land in question is suitable for constructing on and whether or not it holds any important heritage which should not be disturbed.

So say you are looking for planning permission for a particular project you wish to build but don't have the skills, experience or general know how when it comes to surveying. Where do you turn to for such services? Fortunately for most types of surveying work that need to be done there are plenty of places that cane be found with a quick search on the Internet. But even if you know where to go to get the best type of survey for the job you need doing, you may be a little perplexed as to what type of survey you need performing.

So what kind of land needs a survey?

Rural sites
A lot of rural areas are used for planning permission and construction, and a survey that is conducted in such an area usually covers a large plot of land. Generally speaking, a rural survey is performed on settlement sites, fields and enclosures, pits, and even industrial sites.

Urban sites
Differing in some respects to a survey in more rural areas, if a survey is needed needs to be conducted in urban settlements then it can be considered more demanding and complex. Typical targets covered include: former road structures, walls and building foundations etc.

Historic buildings
Sometimes archaeological surveys may need to be conducted in sites that already maintain heritage in order to further understand the surrounding environment. These types of surveys can cover tombs, graves historical gardens and even churches.
